How To Manage Booking Coupons

What this does

This guide explains the Coupons page in Booking.

Use this page to create and manage discount codes, active windows, and service or division scope.

Before you start

• Coupon rules affect the customer payment experience.
• Make sure the related booking services, divisions, and pricing logic are already clear before you publish discounts.

Steps

1. Open Booking.
2. Go to Settings > Coupons.
3. Use the filters to narrow the list by:

• search
• scope
• status

1. Click New Coupon to create a new discount.
2. In the editor, complete the Basic details.
3. Choose the Discount type.
4. Decide whether the coupon is Active.
5. Set the coupon code behavior and other discount details.
6. Review the scope so the discount only applies where you expect.
7. Save the coupon and test it in the customer payment flow if it is meant to be public.
