How To Manage Booking Links

What this does

This guide explains the Booking Links page in Booking.

Use it to review, copy, preview, and customize customer-facing links for booking forms.

Before you start

  • The user must already have access to Booking.
  • The forms you want to link should already exist.

Steps

  1. Open Booking.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Booking Links.
  4. Use Search forms if needed.
  5. Filter by Audience if needed.
  6. Turn on Only show forms missing a custom link when you want to focus on unfinished URLs.
  7. Use the row actions to:
  • Copy Link
  • Preview Link
  • Open Form
  • Customize URL
  • Edit URL

Common mistakes

  • Sharing links before confirming the correct audience and host behavior.
  • Editing URLs without keeping the rest of the booking and portal setup aligned.

What to do next

If the customer-facing host itself needs to change, continue to custom domain settings.
