How To Manage Booking Terms And Conditions

What this does

This guide explains the Terms and Conditions settings page in Booking.

Use this page to control whether public forms can require terms acknowledgement and which link customers should open.

Before you start

  • Forms can still turn terms on or off individually.
  • All forms use the same company terms link.
  • If you enable this, you need a real public http:// or https:// terms link.

Steps

  1. Open Booking.
  2. Go to Settings > Terms.
  3. Review the Public booking terms section.
  4. Turn on Enable terms acknowledgement on public booking forms if your public forms should use it.
  5. Enter the Terms page link.
  6. Click Save Terms.

Why this matters in the suite

This gives Booking a consistent company-wide terms link while still allowing forms to decide whether to show the acknowledgement step.

Common mistakes

  • Turning this on without entering a full public link.
  • Assuming every form will show terms automatically without checking its form-level settings.

After saving the company link, review the forms that should actively display the acknowledgement checkbox.
