Apps Overview
What this does
The Your Apps page shows which apps are available to your company and whether each one is active, inactive, or still coming soon.
This page controls app availability at the company level. It does not replace subscription or user assignment setup.
How to use this page
Use the toggle to activate or deactivate an app for the company.
Use Manage to open the app’s management area when it is already active.
If activation is blocked by billing, the page can send you to Subscriptions.
Common mistakes
- assuming an app is usable just because it is listed
- deactivating an app without realizing users will lose access immediately
- using app activation as a substitute for user assignment or subscription setup
What to do next
If an app cannot be activated, check the subscription next.
