Subscriptions Overview
What this does
The Subscriptions area shows which Kindio Suite apps your company is subscribed to, which plan each app is on, and how many seats are currently in use.
This is the page to review app status before you assign users or change plan levels.
Subscriptions matter across the whole suite because they control whether an app can be active at all and how many users can be assigned to it.
What you will see
- the app or service name
- the current plan
- whether the subscription is active
- seats used versus seats included
- billing interval
- renewal date
- any pending future plan change
How to use this page
Use Activate when an app is inactive and you want to turn it on.
Use Manage Plan when you want to move the app to a different plan or interval.
Use Cancel when you want the subscription to stop instead of renewing.
Use Subscription Policy when you need to review the billing rules that control renewals, cancellation timing, and general plan behavior.
If you hit a seat warning such as Too Many Users, use Manage Users from that flow to go straight to user assignment and remove or rebalance access before changing the plan.
Common mistakes
- changing a plan without checking seat usage first
- assuming app access will work if the subscription is inactive
- trying to downgrade before removing enough assigned users
What to do next
If you need to make a change, open the matching task article for plan changes or billing.
If an app is missing, inactive, or hitting seat limits somewhere else in the Kindio Suite, the cause often starts here.
