How To Manage Booking Teams

What this does

This guide explains the Teams settings page in Booking.

Use it to enable teams in Booking, assign services, choose managers, and add team members.

Before you start

  • The user must already have access to Booking.
  • This page is intended for Admins.
  • The underlying team and service structure should already exist.

Why the Admin App matters here

Booking team behavior depends on the same shared structure used elsewhere in the Kindio Suite.

If the team or service setup is wrong upstream, Booking team settings will expose that rather than solve it.

Steps

  1. Open Booking.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Teams.
  4. Review the existing team list and Enabled toggle.
  5. Open a team to review or change it.
  6. In the editor, review:
  • Team name
  • Enabled in Booking
  • Services
  • Manager (optional)
  • Members
  1. Use Add team member if needed.
  2. Click Save.

Common mistakes

  • Expecting this page to repair a broken upstream team structure.
  • Enabling teams in Booking before the related services and managers are ready.
