How To Use The Booking Menu Builder

What this does

This guide explains the Menu Builder page in Booking.

Use this page to create a website-ready booking menu from your published forms, preview it, and copy the final code.

Before you start

  • Your forms must already be published.
  • If you still need to fix individual form slugs or public links, use the Booking Links page first.

Steps

  1. Open Booking.
  2. Go to Settings > Menu Builder.
  3. Review the help banner explaining that this page is for the layman-friendly menu builder.
  4. Choose a Menu Type.
  5. If you are using the single-heading mode, enter the Single Menu Heading.
  6. If you are using custom mode, click Add Heading to create your own menu groups.
  7. Drag headings and links into the order you want customers to see.
  8. Use Open Links Page if you need to correct underlying booking links.
  9. Use Reset if you want to start again.
  10. Preview the finished menu and copy the output for your website.

Why this matters in the suite

This helps turn published forms into a customer-facing booking entry point without rebuilding the same navigation by hand somewhere else.

Common mistakes

  • Building the menu before the forms and public links are finalized.
  • Using the menu builder when the real problem is a broken individual booking link.
  • Forgetting to preview the menu before copying it out.

What to do next

After the menu is in place, verify the public customer flow and any related portal or payment behavior.
