How To Use Embed Forms In Booking

What this does

This guide explains the Embed Forms page in Booking.

Use this page when you want to share a direct public booking link or place a hosted booking form inside your own website with iframe code.

Before you start

  • The form must already be published.
  • If you are using a custom domain or customer-facing website host, make sure that setup is already correct.

Steps

  1. Open Booking.
  2. Go to Settings > Embed Forms.
  3. Choose the Published form you want to share.
  4. Choose the Audience.
  5. Choose the Embed mode.
  6. Review the Direct Link section if you want a normal hosted booking URL.
  7. Click Preview or Copy Link as needed.
  8. Review the embed code section if you want to place the form directly inside another website page.
  9. Click Preview Embed or Copy Embed.
  10. Use the built-in instructions card if you need a quick reminder of when to use the direct link versus the iframe code.
