How To Use The Opsdocs Compliance Dashboard
What this does
This guide explains the Compliance Dashboard in OpsDocs.
Use it to track acknowledgement-required documents, compare required versus acknowledged counts, review document versions, and inspect the audit feed.
Before you start
- The dashboard only becomes meaningful when published documents actually require acknowledgement.
Steps
- Open
OpsDocs. - Go to
Admin > Compliance. - Review the
Documents Requiring Acknowledgementtable. - Check the required count, acknowledged count, and completion percentage for each document.
- Use the version selector when you need to inspect a different version.
- Use
View Staffto review staff-level statuses. - Use
View Versionwhen you need the exact version content. - Review the
Document Activity Logif you need the immutable audit trail.
Why this matters across the suite
This is where document access turns into actual operational follow-through.
It helps managers confirm that the right staff have seen and acknowledged the right version, instead of only assuming the document was available somewhere.
Common mistakes
- Assuming a published document has been acknowledged just because it is visible.
- Reviewing the wrong version when a document has changed over time.
What to do next
If compliance is incomplete, review the underlying document settings, visibility, and staff-facing document access.
